were many newcomers to AAUP. A reception was hed in honor of these new
faces. AAUP President Seetha Srinivasan (Mississippi) greets a newcomer to the
annual meeting. Kamili Anderson (Howard) and Jeff Walters (Texas Tech) talk shop at the newcomers' reception. Historian James P. Ronda gave the Opening Banquet talk, entitled "In
Search of Lewis and Clark." Past-president R. Peter Milroy (British columbia) delivers his farewell
address. Thomson-Shore hosted a beautiful reception in the historic Grand Lobby
of the Hyatt Union Station. |
