This program is presented annually at the Summer ALA. Public and secondary school librarians who served on the 2004 selection committees present their favorite picks from the new edition of University Press Books Selected for Public and Secondary School Libraries to an audience of their colleagues. Publishers donate copies of the presented books to be raffled to librarians in the audience.
Below is a list of the 2005 presenting librarians and their selections.
The fifteenth edition of the entire bibliography, with ratings and reviews, is freely available online at www.aaupnet.org/librarybooks/2005/
